Fuel injection devices
Injection kits consist of an in-line fuel injection pump and its equipment. This consists of speed governon, feed pump, pump clutch, fuel feeder, overpressure corrector and other additional devices. In the area of in-line fuel injection pumps, the requirements of manufacturers of medium-sized diesel engines up to 50 kW/cylinder are covered.
MOTORPAL produces in-line fuel injection pumps for various uses on engines for agricultural machinery (tractors, combines...), for road motor vehicles, for engines used to drive road and construction machinery, generators, compressors, ships and for stationary engines. These fuel injection pumps can inject both diesel fuel and, after modifications, other alternative fuels into the cylinders of diesel engines.
Mechanical injection system
The system includes an injection pump with a mechanical regulator supplemented by other additional devices. It can be supplemented with small electronization to control the EGR – this system is known under the trade name MERCER.
The system exists in Me, Mf and Mi sizes and is suitable for engines with power per cylinder from 12 to 35 kW. Injection pressures range up to 120 MPa.
The system enables compliance with emission regulations up to the level: STAGE IIIA, EURO 3, CPCB II
Electronic injection system
This system is known under the trade name VERMi and, in addition to the injection pump, includes an electric actuator, an electronic control unit and other components needed to control the engine.
The system exists in Mi and Mj sizes and covers engines with power per cylinder from 12 to 50 kW. The system works with injection pressures of up to 145 MPa.
The system enables compliance emission regulations with STAGE V, EURO 6, CPCB IV+
Injection system with external regulation
The system uses an injection pump regulated by an external actuator and an electronic control unit according to the customer's wishes.
The system exists in the Zi size and is suitable for engines with an output of up to 160 kW per cylinder.
Engines with this system meet emission standards up to Tier II, CPCB II
